About Melnik: The town of Melnik is located on the southwestern slopes of Pirin Mountain, nowadays, the smallest town of Bulgaria. About the Wine tour: A guide from the winery of Damianitza will show you the winery. You will follow the path of the wine and will learn how to taste and serve the wine. This 60 minute experience is perfect for the novice, and for those who would like to learn the basics. Experienced specialists tell the story of the winery, the production technology, the characteristics and the qualities of the produced wine, and give advice to new wine testers. Some wineries propose packages for tourists, including lunch or dinner accompanied by folklore program, along with demonstrations of traditional Bulgarian crafts.
