Initiation to the great wines of Provence with a buffet at the Auberge du Redier in Colomars located on the hills of Nice.
Provencal vineyards are among the oldest in France. Bellet and Bandol wines have been outstanding household names for centuries. Nice is the only major city in France blessed with an "appellation controlee" vineyard located within its boundaries, Bellet. Our aim is to enable our guests to discover a significant sample of the greatest wines produced in Provence under different "appellations". The wines of Chateau de Bellet will be particulary highlighted.
*The tasting is presented by Mr Ghislain de Charnace, owner of the Chateau de Bellet and by Mr Jean-Marc Joubert, graduate oenologist. * The tasting will provide the guests with an opportunity to ask all sorts of questions about the world of wine in general.
