RICE TOUR
Full day excursion by private coach and escort to the southern part of the Verona province, well known for the rice cultivations which are still runned by the old agricultural families. Visit to the cultivation and to the Museum of Country Civilisation. Transfer to a beautiful "Venetian Villa", where a chef will explain how rice may be prepared and will teach the preparation of some typical local dishes. Lunch in the villa with the prepared menu, together with the hosting family. In September-October, village feast.

WINE TOUR
Full day excursion by private coach and escort in Valpolicella or on Lake Garda where the grapes cultivation is well developed. Visit to a cellar where it is possible to see the proceeds and the various kinds of wines. Visit to a prestigious Venetian Villa, where a chef will teach how to combine the different types of wine with each dish. Dinner in the Villa with the hosting family. COOKING CLASS
Meeting with the escort and transfer to a private Villa few kms out of Verona. Cooking lesson in the kitchen of a villa, with a chef who will explain the secrets of the most famous Italian dish : how to prepare pasta and sauce. Lunch or dinner in the private dining room of the Villa eating the dishes prepared.

OIL TOUR
Full day excursion by private coach and escort to the hills nearby, where the olive trees are cultivated. Visit to an oil press. Visit to a Villa of the 16th century where a chef will teach how to prepare the typical recipes of the local cuisine. Dinner in the Villa with the hosting family.
