Gastronomy Break in Sofia

Indulge your palate with the delicacies of cuisine - local harvested fresh vegetables and fruits with the taste of a home garden: juicy meats grilled and served with flavourful sauces, mouth watering vegetarian dishes available as a norm, the banitsa (savoury cheese pastry) that simply flakes apart in your mouth and the famous Bulgarian yoghurt. Taste them and taste heaven.


1st day:
Meet upon arrival in Sofia and transfer to the hotel. Dinner in a traditional restaurant accompanied with live folklore show. Overnight.

2nd day:
Breakfast.
Full day sightseeing tour of Sofia – visit to Alexander Nevski cathedral, St. George Rothonda, the Russian church, The National Museum of History, Boyana Church / part of UNESCO heritage /. Lunch in a traditional restaurant in the foothills of Mount Vitosha. Free time. Overnight.

3rd day:
Breakfast.
Depart to Rila Monastery. This is the biggest spiritual centre in Bulgaria and part of UNESCO heritage. Guided sightseeing tour of the monastery. Lunch in a local restaurant where you can taste the fresh fish with a glass of Bulgarian wine and as a desert the famous Bulgarian yoghurt. Return to Sofia. Overnight.

4th day:
Breakfast.
According to your flight details, sightseeing tour of Sofia and transfer to the airport.
