Saturday dedicated to the discovery of "The King of the Truffels" and to learn while on the wood-paths how the "Tartufaio" armed of dog, experience and a little prodigal fortune searches for the precious truffel. The white Truffel needs a good Piedmont Wine to be "the King", which means we must discover the Piedmontese Wines too. At the Truffel Market in Alba you will discover how the "Gold" is handled and a cheese tasting in this area is a "must". Finally: eat truffels during our Gourmet Dinner after this unique Day of typical piedmontese products
