For groups 25 to 50 pax

We walk through the wild romantic landscape with torches for about 20 min until we reach our private mountain hut in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, famous alpine town and site of the Winter Olympics in 1936.

The host welcomes everybody with the traditional typical Bavarian Schnaps.

The rustical dining room is in local style decorated and a traditional orchestra is welcoming us with Bavarian music.

Oh - what´s happening now?

We are not announced?

There is no kitchen staff and we learn that they are all off sick….

…… Okay then, we have a solution, first we have a drink and then we need to cook on our own,

aren’t we helpful and understanding guests?

We go into the hut´s kitchen, where everyone gets his own apron with the participants name or company logo on it.

Now the puzzle is solved and we can start – and help and assistance is around the corner.

Who is the team for the main dishes or for the sweets, who peels the onions, who tries the wine and the Schnaps?

The Chef will be assisting you during the evening and after a while we can sit down for dinner and enjoy the meal and our unforgettable experience.

Group photos of the team and with the Chef, together with a booklet with the recipes of our meal as your personal souvenir can be arranged – or we create a little cookery book or a CD.

We shall prepare only seasonal fresh products from the local area.
